For Petitioners : Mr.K.Sathish Kumar For Respondent 2 : Dr.S.Suriya Additional Government Pleader O R D E R The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the IV Additional District Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.23 of 2020 within the stipulated time.

2. Dr.S.Suriya, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition even without notice to the first and third respondent.

4. The petitioner herein filed the motor vehicles claim petition in M.C.O.P.No.1082 of 2012, seeking compensation for the death of husband of the petitioner in a road accident. The award was passed in favour of the petitioner on 04.12.2018 and the same was confirmed by this Court in

C.M.A.No.305 of 2021 by judgment and decree dated 07.10.2021. Thereafter, the award has been put into execution in E.P.No.23 of 2020.

5. On perusal of the E-Court entry furnished in the typed set of papers would suggest that the Execution Petition has been adjourned from 18.04.2022 onwards for filing counter without any substantial progress. Therefore, this court is inclined to issue a direction to the court below to dispose of the main original petition within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
