The relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to settle the retirement benefits of the petitioner within a stipulated time. 2.The petitioner was appointed to the post of Assistant Surgeon (Residential) and posted at Garden Hospital, Cherambady Tea Division of the 1st respondent plantation corporation. Subsequently, the petitioner was promoted as Selection Grade https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Assistant Surgeon (Residential) and thereafter promoted to the post of Special Grade Assistant Surgeon (Residential). The petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2017 on superannuation. However, his retirement benefits were not paid even after several request made by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner made representations to the 2nd and 3rd respondents requesting for retirement benefits. Since, the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3.In view of the limited prayer as sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.01.2018 and 05.03.2019 and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. For ready reference, the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representations along with this order copy to enable the respondents to pass orders.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
