The Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24255 of 2022 dated 12.01.2023, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.753 of 2021 before the concerned Magistrate. However, the petitioner was unable to pay the amount and therefore, the petitioner sought extension of time. This Court by an order dated 27.02.2023, had extended the time till 21.03.2023 to comply with the order dated 12.01.2023 and directed to list the matter "for reporting compliance" on 21.03.2023. She would further submit that she does not have any instructions from the petitioner with regard to compliance and therefore she would pray that the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and the respondent is at liberty to take steps in accordance with law.
