This Application has been filed seeking to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.201 of 2016 from the file of VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to this Court to be tried along with C.S.No.198 of 2016. 2.The 3rd defendant to the suit therein, and the 2nd respondent herein would submit that the he has no objection in withdrawing the O.S.No.201 of 2016 and transfer the same to the file of this Court. 3.Learned counsel for the 1st defendant in O.S.No.201 of 2016, who is the plaintiff in the present suit has also no objection in withdrawing the O.S.No.201 of 2016 and transfer the same to the file of this Court. 4.Hence, the Suit in O.S.No.201 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and transferred to this Court. 19.06.2023 gba K.KUMARESH BABU,J.
