O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.02.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 19.02.2016. But the respondents have not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 05.03.2016. He would further submit that the closure report has also furnished to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy by approaching appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
