ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2022 and further direct the third respondent police to remove his name from the History Sheet record in H.S.No.551/2020 pending before the third respondent police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there exists civil dispute between the petitioner and his family members with regard to the properties and due to which, case and case in counter were filed and pending against both the parties. However, due to political influence by the sister's husband of the petitioner, the respondent police opened a History sheet against the petitioner. Hence this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2022 is available with the first respondent and the authorities concerned will consider the same and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2022 and to pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
