ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the the second respondent not to interfere in the business operations conducted by the petitioner at Old No.170, New No.3, Shop No.4, R.V.Nagar Main Road, Chinthamani, Anna Nagar East, Chennai - 600 102.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner against one Aramuthan, who has claiming the amount that has to be paid by one Dharanikumar who is the owner of the property, C.S.R.No.83 of 2016 has been assigned. He further submitted that now, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner and demanding to repay the amount to the said Aramuthan. Hence, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Resisting the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner himself has approached the respondent police for giving a complaint against one Aramuthan which was taken as C.S.R.No.83 of 2016 and after due enquiry, the complaint was closed. He further submitted that there is no harassment and the second respondent has not interfered with the business operation of the petitioner.
