This application is filed to bring on record Respondents 1 to 3 as Defendants 2 to 4 in the above captioned T.O.S. who are the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole Defendant, Late Samuel Theodore. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the 1st defendant and perused the entire materials available on record. 3.The learned counsel for the 1st defendant submitted that the application has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant and she undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed parties namely the defendants 2 to 4/respondents 1 to 3 herein as the respondents 1 to 3 in the suit in the event of this application.

4.Considering the representation of the 1st defendant and to see the further proceedings to continue, this legal representative petition is allowed. Let the amendment be carried out within two weeks.
