The Petitioner in this Writ Petition has sought for a direction to appoint her to the post of Noon Meal Organizer in the school of the Third Respondent at Periyathellur Village, Vellore District.

The First Respondent has filed Counter-Affidavit dated 08.11.2018 stating that 127 persons had applied for the said post and one Sivasankari was selected amongst them. It is further informed that the Petitioner had filed another Writ Petition in W.P. No. 1391 of 2018 challenging the appointment of the said Sivasankari, which has been dismissed by order dated 11.07.2019 passed by the Court. As such, the Petitioner is not entitled to any relief in this Writ Petition. 4.
