O R D E R

(through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to pass an order to transfer the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2019 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police to some other CBCID officer or any other investigating officer.

2.Heard M/s.Lenin and Bhagya, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned crime number i.e., Cr.No.54 of 2019, the second respondent police completed the investigation and filed a final report on 22.06.2019 as further action dropped. He further submit that in respect of the same, R.C.S.No.3 of 2019 has also been served to the petitioner on 23.10.2019.

4.Hence, in view of the above, as already investigation has been completed in the case in Cr.No.54 of 2019, nothing survives in this case for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
