2. Today (08.12.2025), when the matter was called in the morning session, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought for matter to be passed over. Accordingly, the matter was passed over in the forenoon session. through the learned counsel. This clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
