This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 108 of BNSS, 2023 based on complaint given by the defacto complainant, registered in Crime No.244 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that as on date, petitioners are not arrived as accused in this case and they are only called for enquiry based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant and they were not harassed during the enquiry. He also further submits that if any interrogation is necessary, the petitioners will be served notice for the same. 3.

Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
