ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to approve the transfer of LCO ID - 26683 in the name of the petitioner based on the recommendations made by the 3 rd respondent in proceedings dated 01.04.2025 and 21.05.2025.
2. Heard Mr.M.R.Jothimanian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is a registered cable TV operator and having license for the same. The petitioner submitted an application before the 3 rd respondent seeking for approval of the transfer and the 3 rd respondent through proceedings dated 01.04.2025 and 21.05.2025, recommended giving the approval and the same is pending before the 1 st respondent. Since the 1 st respondent did not act upon the recommendations made by the 3 rd respondent, the petitioner made a representation on 24.06.2025, which was also not acted upon. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to act upon the recommendations that have been made by the rd respondent through communications dated 01.04.2025 and 21.05.2025 and take a decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
