This petition has been filed to allow the appeal grounds filed by the petitioner in C.A.No.409 of 2019 on the file of the XV Additional Sessions Court, Chennai, treated as Criminal Appeal before this Court, the Criminal Revision is Transpose into that of Appeal against acquittal and the petitioner treated as Appellant and accused as respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision as Criminal Appeal.
