ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to implement the recommendation which has already been made by the respondents 2 and 3 on 30.04.2022 and 30.09.2022, respectively and take over the management and control of the Veeramatchi Amman Temple situated at Negamam, Pollachi Taluk.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the 2 nd respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that already steps have been taken to bring the property within the control of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department Page No.2 of 5

based on the reports that have already been submitted by the respondents 2 and 3.

3. In the light of the above stand taken, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to take a final decision within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
