The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue a Patta in favour of the petitioner and her husband named Mr.K.Baburaj in respect of the property consisting the land measuring 1104 Sq.ft and the house built thereon measuring 600 Sq.ft., comprised in S.No.379/1, Plot No.1 and situated at 3rd Cross Street, Babu Nagar, Thandurai Village, Avadi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, based on the application of the petitioner dated 24.01.2022 and the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
