This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.13813 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18707 of 2022 on 05.09.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
