ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue sanction order against respondent's 2 to 4 to prosecute under section 200 Cr.P.C, based on the petitioner's remainder dated 27.12.2016.
2. It is seen the petitioner has sought for direction directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 27.12.2016 to proceed against respondents 2 to 4 under SC ST Act and the representation dated 27.12.2016 of the petitioner in this regard is still pending.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2016 to issue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sanction order against respondents 2 to 4 to prosecute under section 200 Cr.P.C, based on the petitioner's remainder dated 27.12.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, if it is pending till date, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
