ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 17.05.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for temporary allotment order till the completion of construction at Kuyil Thottam, Santhome, 2.
When the writ petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent 1 to 3 produced the written

It is clear from the above that the petitioner has been asked to get the no objection certificate from the other legal heirs in order to act upon the request made by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date, the petitioner has not received any communication from the board and therefore, the petitioner was not aware about the requirements on the part of the board.

Considering the above written instructions received from the 3 rd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to convey to the
petitioner the requirements and if the petitioner satisfies the said requirements, the 3 rd respondent shall proceed further to grant the temporary allotment order. If the petitioner is not able to comply with the same and the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same. 5.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
