ORDER
The petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.1,16,700/- to the third respondent /P.Babu in the open Court by way of Cheque bearing No.713312, dated 20.12.2019 drawn on State Bank of India for Rs.1,16,700/- in favour of P.Babu towards full and final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
settlement of the claim made in C.P. No.29/1999 on the file of the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai on 14.07.1999. The said cheque has been received by the learned counsel for the third respondent. The learned counsel for the third respondent submits that he has received instructions to receive the cheque towards full and final settlement of the said claim amount.
2. As the matter has been settled and after recording the submissions of learned counsel appearing on both sides, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
