O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.184 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash the First Information Report against the petitioner.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the criminal complaint against the petitioner herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves.

3. Both the de-facto complainant and the petitioner are present before this Court today. In order to identify the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respective parties, they have also submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards and the same has been made part of the record.

4. Recording the statements made by the de-facto complainant and the learned counsel for petitioner, the proceedings in Cr.No.184 of 2019, pending on the file of the first respondent herein, is quashed.

5. The Criminal Original Petition stands allowed accordingly.
