This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor [Pondy] appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor [Pondy] submitted that the dispute is essentially between the tenant and the landlord. He further submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the tenant had vacated the premises.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor [Pondy], this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
