Heard Mr.S.R.Raghunathan, learned counsel appearing for Ms.R.Vaishali, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.A.Jaishankar, learned counsel for non-applicants 1 to 3.

The present application is filed to condone the delay of 551 days in filing the appeal.

Learned counsel for non-applicants 1 to 3 opposes the present application on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned in the application.

We have considered the application and the affidavit accompanying the application. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 551 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed and is disposed of.
