For Petitioner : Mr.S.Chandrasekaran For Respondents : Mr.P.T.Ramadevi COMMON ORDER Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant & petitioner submitted that the matter have been settled through Lok Adalath, at the Sub Court, Mannargudi, on 29.01.2021 and hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the cases. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundles.

Hence, in view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant & petitioner, both the Second Appeal and Civil Revision Petition stand dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
