O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.09.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 10.09.2015, however, the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register an FIR. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.232 of 2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

He further submitted that the petitioner himself has given a statement that he is not pursuing this Criminal Original Petition and he is ready to approach the Court of Law to work out his remedy and withdrew his complaint. A copy of the closure report has been furnished today.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
