PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.179, School Education (Thoka 1 (2)) Department, dated 06.09.2013 insofar as it relates to the petitioner is concerned and the consequential order of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.780A/2013 dated 13.03.2014 and quash the same insofar as it relates to the non inclusion of the petitioner's Secondary Grade service from 01.06.1988 to 12.10.1995 while fixing the Special Grade in the post of Elementary School Headmaster and direct the respondent to fix the pay of the petitioner in Selection Grade/Special Grade in the post of Elementary School Headmaster by taking into account his entire service as Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher and Elementary School Headmaster by extending the benefits of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
G.O.Ms.No.234 School Education (G2) Department dated 10.09.2009 in favour of the petitioner and pay the arrears with other consequential benefits.
