NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing Crl.R.C.SR.No.41377 of 2023 against the order dated 23.03.2023 passed in M.P.No.1125 of 2022 in M.C.No.268 of 2022 on the file of the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

3. Mr.D.Selvam, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and he has got no objection in allowing this petition. He submits that only notice has been served. Neither petition nor typed set of papers has been served.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to serve copies to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
