Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 3 to conduct a detailed enquiry into the complaints dated 21.01.2022, 12.03.2022, 18.04.2022, 27.07.2022 and 27.08.2022 of the petitioner and consequently take suitable departmental action as against the 5th to 7th Respondents for the illegalities and dereliction of duties committed by them. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 3 to conduct a detailed enquiry into the complaints dated 21.01.2022, 12.03.2022, 18.04.2022, 27.07.2022 and 27.08.2022 of the petitioner and consequently take suitable departmental action as against the 5th to 7th Respondents for the illegalities and dereliction of duties committed by them.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that so far no complaint has been received from the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the authorities concerned.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
