JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) The issue involved in the main Writ Petition is with regard to the dispute between the employer and employee.

Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent in unison submitted that the order of the learned Single Judge dated 09.10.2015 in Cont.P.No.706 of 2015 has been complied with and the respondent also received entire monetary benefits. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives in the Letters Patent Appeal for adjudication and the same is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
