This petition has been filed to implead the proposed petitioner as the 4th respondent in the above writ petition.

2. The learned Government Pleader has no objection for impleading the proposed 4th respondent.

3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit, filed in support of the Petition, the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

4. Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.Lourdu Paul Maurya for the second respondent in the cause list.

List the matter after three weeks.
