This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5540 of 2023 on 21.03.2023 to report before the trial Court on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until completion of trial.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, petitioner is directed to report before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.
