ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 27.11.2017 and 25.06.2022 to measure and add common passage as per parent 1/4
registered as Document No.966/2003 comprised in Survey No.447/2 in Field Measurement Book at Karunguzhi Village, Maduranthakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner made a representations on 27.11.2017 and 25.06.2022 with a request to measure the property and add common passage which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 27.11.2017 and 25.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations to survey, fix the boundaries and add common passage for the land comprised in Survey No.447/2 in Field Measurement Book at Karunguzhi Village, Maduranthakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District as per parent registered as Document No.966/2003, on merits and in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.
