This petition has been filed to relax the condition that petitioner should appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Thiruvannamalai on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.257 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29138 of 2022 dated 11.01.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the charge sheet was filed and taken on file in S.C.No.73 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
