This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 21.11.2025 received from the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (FAC), Salem, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in Spl.S.C.No.232 of 2019, by a period of two months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (FAC), Salem.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in Spl.S.C.No.232 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (FAC), Salem, is hereby extended by two months from today. 17.12.2025 skt Note to office:- The Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (FAC), Salem may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
