ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to execute bailable warrant issued against the accused.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the bailable warrant issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level-II, Egmore, Chennai, has been recalled on the surrender of the accused. In view of the said fact, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
