Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to release the goods viz. 28 cartons of Polyresin Showpiece, 73 cartons of Polyresin Showpiece, 23 cartons of Decoration Showpiece, 8 cartons of Plastic Wind Bell, 104 cartons of Garment Accessories Glass Beads, 14 cartons of Decoration showpiece, 5 cartons of Photoframe, 20 cartons of Decoration showpiece, 64 cartons of Glass Flower Vase, and 601 cartons of Photoframe, imported vide Bill of Entry No.6671964 dated 09.09.2016.

Heard Mr.A.K.Jayaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Pramod Kumar Chopda, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the respondents herein to release the goods viz. 28 cartons of Polyresin Showpiece, 73 cartons of Polyresin Showpiece, 23 cartons of Decoration Showpiece, 8 cartons of Plastic Wind Bell, 104 cartons of Garment Accessories Glass Beads, 14 cartons of Decoration showpiece, 5 cartons of Photoframe, 20 cartons of Decoration showpiece, 64 cartons of Glass Flower Vase, and 601 cartons of Photoframe, imported vide Bill of Entry No.6671964 dated 09.09.2016. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the case has been adjudicated and an Order-in-Original No.50781 of 2016 has been passed.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
