ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order in Na.Ka.No.E4/9593/2021 dated 29.12.2021 of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and consequently to issue direction to the respondents thereby restrain them from demolishing the existing structure in Plot No.51, Dayalu Nagar, Phase II, Periyar Pathai, Choolaimedu, Chennai-600 094.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the revised allotment order in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
