2. The writ petition was filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to de-seal the lock and seal put up by the respondents with regard to the petitioner's premises in question so as to enable him to rectify the deviations and to restore the building in accordance with sanctioned planning permission.
3. When the matter came up before this Court on 01.09.2023, the writ petition was disposed of, directing the respondents to remove the lock and seal on 02.09.2023 and on such removal, the petitioner was granted eight weeks time to bring the building in accordance with the approved plan. It was also made clear in the said order that if the petitioner does not do so, the respondents shall lock and seal the premises on the next day, after a
period of eight weeks i.e., from 02.09.2023.
4. As per the direction of this Court, to enable the petitioner to bring the building in accordance with the approved plan, the lock and seal was also removed by the Corporation.
5. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that he is not able to rectify the deviation and bring the building as per the approved plan.
6. In view of the above stated position, the respondents are directed to lock and seal the premises again and take further enforcement action in accordance with law.
