The learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has disbursed the proposed dividend to Tamilnadu Industrial and Investment Corporation Limited (TIIC), Tamilnadu Electricity Board, Coimbatore and Commercial Tax Officer, Coimbatore.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Official Liquidator, this Company Application is closed as no further order is required to be passed.
