PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to pay the admitted liability of Rs.15,78,850/- (Rs.13,28,850/- towards supply of water payable as on 15.11.2017 and Rs.2,50,000/- towards security deposit) in terms of the contract dated 24.02.2016 awarded to the petitioner by the respondent herein and the same valid till 30.11.2017 upon proper extension of time.

When this writ petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue between the petitioner and the respondent has been settled.
