C.M.P.Nos.21733 & 21734 of 2021 in S.A.No.287 of 2020 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petitions are filed to bring on record the legal representative of the deceased appellant, Jesudoss and to set aside the abatement caused on the death of the sole appellant.

2. The respondent has no objection to the petitions being ordered and the petitions are accordingly ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the matter on 29.06.2022.
