Notice sent to respondent is returned since the respondent vacated the premises.

2. Since the applicants is said to have sent a notice to his last known address, he has now filed this application seeking substituted service to complete the service of notice.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the applicants, I feel it is appropriate to allow the application by permitting the applicants to effect substituted service.

4. Accordingly this application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of Tamil daily "Makkal Kural" and in one issue of English daily "Trinity Mirror" by indicating the next date of hearing as 26.09.2023.
