The petitioners are accused in Crime No.12 of 2023, the son of the petitioners been another accused, who is absconding and Look Out Circular is pending. At the instance of the defacto complainant, this Court has directed the respondent police to secure the son of the petitioner. In the said circumstances, the present petition is filed as if the police is harassing the petitioner herein.
