ORDER

This Court by its order dated 26.08.2025 directed the DRT, Coimbatore to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner along with S.A.No.360 of 2025 and to pass final orders after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy the said order.

2.The Presiding Officer, DRT, Coimbatore has now requested for extension of one month time for disposal of S.A.No.360 of 2025. 3.In view of the above, the time granted by this Court for disposal of S.A.No.360 of 2025 along with the application submitted by the petitioner, is extended by two months.
