Learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that on consideration of the representation dated 09.07.2019 made by the Petitioner, he was called to the office of the Respondent to furnish Birth Certificate and after ascertaining its genuineness a penalty of Rs.1,000/- was imposed for change in date of birth, which amount has been paid and thereafter, fresh passport bearing No. T9853900 dated 17.10.2019 with date of birth as 23.07.1963 has been issued to the Petitioner. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
