The respondent has already given her consent affidavit for granting Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner.

2. These applications have been filed to reopen and recall PW1 and PW2 in O.P. No.473 of 2021 for the purpose of letting in further evidence.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of these applications.

Accordingly, these A. Nos.4574 and 4575 of 2021 are allowed as prayed for.

4. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording of evidence on 10.12.2021.
