The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider his objections dated 18.07.2024 and 24.07.2024 against the award passed by the 2nd respondent in Award No.12 of 2023 and Award No.28 of 2023 fixing compensation for the petitioner's land acquired for industrial purpose.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that objections submitted by the petitioner were rejected on 04.09.2024 and therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3. Recording the said statement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous and it is open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law if so advised. No costs.
