This application has been filed to Order substituted service to the respondent by effecting publication in a local newspaper having circulation at Ahmedabad and also affix the summons at the Court Notice Board and the last known residence in the suit.

2. As the notice sent to the respondents 5 to 7 has been returned unserved, the petitioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of widely circulated Tamil and English newspaper in Chennai Area.
