ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 & 5 based on the complaints given by the petitioner dated 22.03.2021 and 09.04.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a separate complaint to the second respondent with regard to take action against the fourth and fifth respondents, the same had not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the complaints of the petitioner dated 22.03.2021 and 09.04.2022 are not available with the second respondent and if it is available with them, they will consider the complaints of the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to forward the complaints of the petitioner to the third respondent, if it is available and on receiving the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the complaints of the petitioner dated 22.03.2021 and 09.04.2022 on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
