Romana Mendonca .. Applicant in Comp.A.No.514 of 2023 vs The Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras and another .. Respondents These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 1419 days in filing the claim petitions in Form No.66 before the respondent. 2.The applicants claim that certain sums of money are due and payable to the applicant by the Company under liquidation, i.e., M/s.Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Limited. According to them, they could not file the claim petitions before the Official Liquidator on time. In such circumstances, they have filed these applications. 3.The delay seems to be an inordinate one. However, this Court is not deciding the issue of limitation as well as the merits of the respective claim in these applications, leaving it open to the Official Liquidator to decide. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
